Keen on a decent taste of practical experience? At last with CTE you have a wonderful chance of putting your theory into practice along with making initial contact useful for your future career. Our trainees are well integrated from day one in work assignments gaining invaluable experience for their future. Following successful completion of your internship we can offer you the chance to write your final dissertation to include practical elements within our company.

You have already completed an internship and want to write your final paper with practical elements? Whether Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis - we can offer you interesting tasks as well as competent assistance in design construction and development as well as in administration. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
The application procedure takes place in three stages. An interview, our open day as well as a second interview. We have always relied on long term working relationships and deliberately follow a lengthy selection procedure.
FIRST INTERVIEW
Your initial interview can take place in person, over the telephone or via video conferencing. Naturally, before a candidate takes on a long journey to us, we prefer to pick up the phone so that both sides can make a personal impression of each other. Please allow yourself sufficient time preparing before hand, like having writing material and your curriculum vitae ready. You can of course ask us all the questions you want as well as taking a chance on us by finding out what CTE can offer you. We'll be happy to answer all your queries
OPEN DAY
Once you have the first step behind you, we offer you, especially in engineering design and construction, a chance to get to know one another during an open day. This way, you get a better insight into workflows and processes at CTE. You also have the opportunity with the help of various tasks to show off your technical knowledge as well as your English proficiency.
CONTRACT NEGOTIATION
However, even if the open day went well for both parties there will still be a third meeting. We can talk in full detail about our joint collaboration. In addition we will define together the first project providing you with a detailed and complete picture. If this meeting runs smoothly and we hit it off well then welcome to the club!
